Forza Horizon 6 Adds Temporary Edamame Time Attack Circuit

Forza Horizon 6's Horizon Mascot Party adds a temporary Time Attack circuit, new reward cars and expanded accessibility options.

Forza Horizon 6 is getting a new temporary Time Attack
circuit as part of its Horizon Mascot Party series, giving players another
limited-time leaderboard challenge alongside new reward cars, EventLab props
and accessibility additions.

Playground Games says the update itself became available on August 10,
while the Horizon Mascot Party Festival Playlist begins on August 13 at
2:30 p.m. UTC. The series runs through September 10.

The Edamame Time Attack Circuit is temporary

The headline addition is the Edamame Time Attack Circuit,
a mascot-themed course added to the game’s Evolving World for this series.
Players can set lap times in their chosen cars and compete through the
in-world leaderboard system.

Time Attack leaderboards display a player’s best result at the current
performance index level, the next rival to beat and the global top three.
Playground Games says the Edamame circuit is available only during Horizon
Mascot Party, making it a limited-time addition rather than a permanent new
route.

The new circuit also continues Playground Games’ recent work on competitive
leaderboards. In July, Forza Horizon 6 reset its
Rivals leaderboards after fixes targeting exploits.

Horizon Mascot Party adds 10 Series Reward cars

The Festival Playlist includes 10 Series Reward cars across the four-week
run. Three are new to the Horizon series: the 1970 Honda N600,
2024 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and
2018 Exomotive Exocet Sport V8 XP-5.

The Honda N600 is the overall 80-point Series reward, while the Exomotive
XP-5 is available during the Summer season and the Camaro ZL1 follows during
Autumn. Other rewards include returning cars intended to give newer players
another opportunity to add previously featured vehicles to their garages.

ASL and BSL support arrives for cinematics

The update also adds American Sign Language and British Sign Language
options for cinematics. Players can enable a picture-in-picture interpreter
and adjust both its on-screen position and background color through the
Accessibility menu.

EventLab receives a large set of mascot-themed props as well, including
flags, billboards, cutouts, barriers and pit-garage pieces. Playground Games
has also added new garage, vehicle and environmental props for creators.

Forza Horizon 6’s Horizon Mascot Party update is available on Xbox Series
X|S and PC. The Festival Playlist begins August 13 and runs until September
10.
