PlayStation is bringing back Days of Play 2026 with a two-week run of discounts, PlayStation Plus extras, tournaments, and player activities. The event begins on May 27 and runs through June 10, giving PS5 and PS4 players a mix of game deals, subscription perks, and community competitions to look through.
Days of Play 2026 runs from May 27 to June 10
The promotion starts at 12:01AM on May 27 and ends at 11:59PM local time on June 10 in each region. PlayStation says this year’s edition will include offers on games and accessories, new PlayStation Plus content, special tournaments, and other limited-time activities.
The company is also framing the event as a good time to catch up on a game already on the backlog or try something new from the current lineup of releases.
PlayStation Plus content adds June games, trials, and a new catalog entry
PlayStation Plus members get one of the biggest parts of the promotion, with June’s Monthly Games available from June 2 and more content rolling in over the course of the event.
- Monthly Games for June: Grounded Fully Yoked Edition, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide
- EA Sports FC 26: remains available as a May Monthly Game through June 16
- Game Catalog addition on June 9: Destiny 2: Legacy Collection (2025), including The Final Shape expansion, for Extra and Premium/Deluxe members
- Game Trials: more than 40 indie games for Premium/Deluxe members from May 27 to June 10
PlayStation also says the Game Trials lineup will include titles such as Baby Steps, Lumines Arise, and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
Free packs and avatar rewards are part of the event
Several PlayStation Plus packs will be available during the campaign, with different starting dates depending on the game or service.
Among the listed bonuses are an EA Sports FC 26 Icons Player Pack, a War of Tanks: HEAT PlayStation Plus Pack, and a Marathon Null Tempest Digital Bundle.
PlayStation is also giving away new PlayStation Indies-themed avatars to all PlayStation players starting June 4. Separate avatar rewards are tied to tournament participation, including a Days of Play PS Avatar and a Golden Tournament avatar.
Tournaments, sweepstakes, and regional competitions
Days of Play 2026 also includes a tournament schedule with regional rules and eligibility limits. Players who join at least one match during the event will be entered into a sweepstakes, while the top match winner in each region will receive the same prize package.
The listed sweepstakes prize includes a PlayStation Portal, a DualSense Edge wireless controller, 12 months of PS Plus Premium, and $100 in PS Store credit.
